- ½ cup cold water

- ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ cup instant oats
- ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Suggested toppings: diced apples, berries, bananas or granola
Combine shake mix with water in a bowl until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Serve oatmeal with toppings of choice.
