Whether they have Irish ancestors or not, many people look forward to the month of March to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with food, drink and friendly gatherings.
Others only want one thing: The annual return of a certain mint shake sold at fast food restaurants for a limited time in celebration of the holiday.
Make your own mint shake
Did you know you can make a homemade version that tastes great and, unlike its fast food counterpart, is packed with nutrition?
It’s a great option for those who love the creamy mint treat, but don’t want to over-indulge on the high-calorie shakes. Because it uses a BodyKey by Nutrilite™ Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake, it makes a great substitute for breakfast or lunch.
Gather your ingredients and get ready to enjoy!
