Carrot Ginger Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 10 fl oz water (cold or hot)
  • ½ cup (57g) BodyKey by NutriliteTM French Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
  • ½ cup baby carrots
  • ½ cup cooked or frozen butternut squash (chunks)
  • ¼ cup canned garbanzo beans (drained)
  • Half medium orange (peeled, seeds removed)
  • ¼-½-inch slice ginger (fresh, washed)
  • 1 inch turmeric root
  • pinch of ground nutmeg

Directions:

Add all ingredients (except nutmeg) to blender and puree until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Enjoy warm or cold. If using hot water, open blender lid away from you, slowly and carefully, as pressure may have built during blending.
