  • 10 fl oz Cold water
  • ½ cup (57g) BodyKey by Nutrilite Strawberry Meal Replacement Shake
  • One Small banana
  • Three Whole strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Regular or instant oats
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds


Add all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
