Sweet Cream of Corn Soup
- 8 fl. oz. hot water
- ½ cup (57g) BodyKey by Nutrilite™ French Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
- 1 ½ cup whole kernel corn (from can), drained, liquid reserved
- 3 tbsp. liquid from canned corn
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
Add all ingredients (except nutmeg) to blender and puree. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Because of the hot water, open blender lid away from you, slowly and carefully, as pressure may have built during blending.
