BodyKey soup recipe helps you stay on track

A woman wearing a stocking cap and sweater vests holds a cup of coffee while looking out the window at a snowy scene.

In winter, a good portion of North America is blanketed in snow and people are bundling up to face the winter winds. Sounds like perfect soup weather!

Soup is a hot and tasty meal that can hit the spot when the temperatures drop.

It’s also a great comfort food for those who may be suffering from seasonal colds and flus. (There’s a reason your mother always made chicken soup for you when you were sick!)

And depending on the ingredients, it’s an easy, healthy, filling, low-calorie meal that will help you feel satisfied when you’re trying to make better food choices.

With only four ingredients plus seasoning, it’s a snap to throw together a satisfying meal for lunch or dinner.

Calories: 390

  • 8 fl. oz. hot water
  • ½ cup (57g) BodyKey by Nutrilite™ French Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
  • 1 ½ cup whole kernel corn (from can), drained, liquid reserved
  • 3 tbsp. liquid from canned corn
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Add all ingredients (except nutmeg) to blender and puree. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Because of the hot water, open blender lid away from you, slowly and carefully, as pressure may have built during blending.
