Holiday feasts are not just about the ham, turkey or prime rib or wonderful vegetarian creation that anchors the meal. It’s also all about the desserts, right? Cakes, pies, cookies, trifles and tortes—oh my!

Here’s a smoothie recipe that will help you satisfy your sweet tooth while still sticking to your health and weight-loss goals. This Lemon Lime Pie Smoothie will remind you so much of a sweet holiday pie, it will be hard to resist.
Sweet, tart and smooth
This smoothie combines lemon, lime and cucumber with yogurt for a creamy sweet-tart experience packed with vitamins C and E, which is extra helpful during the stresses of the holiday season.
