Overnight Swiss Oatmeal
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup (57g) BodyKey by Nutrilite French Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
- ½ cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ cup Nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Flax seeds
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
- Other suggested toppings: Diced apples, berries, bananas, nuts or granola
Combine the shake mix with water in a bowl or canning jar until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
Serve oatmeal with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
