The capper to one of the wildest college football opening weekends did not disappoint. In a nighttime Labor Day battle between two teams with national championship aspirations, Florida State stormed back from a three-touchdown deficit with a huge second half performance to down Ole Miss 45-34.
With the victory, the Seminoles (1-0) moved up one spot to No. 3 in the Amway Coaches’ Poll while the Rebels (0-1) fell to 18th.
